ABT Products provides in-house painting facilities to deliver a consistent, durable finish across cabs, chassis, rollbars and fabricated components. With controlled spray and bake capability, we support OEM programmes that require repeatable quality, dependable protection and a professional final appearance.
Whether the requirement is a standard production finish or a project with specific coating needs, ABT’s painting process is designed to maintain quality and consistency from preparation through to final cure.

Electrostatic paint application

ABT uses electrostatic application, helping achieve even coverage and an efficient transfer of paint onto the component. This supports a high-quality finish while improving control and repeatability across production runs.

2-pack paint capability

Our facilities support 2-pack paints, offering a robust and durable coating solution suitable for demanding operating environments. This approach helps provide long-lasting protection and a consistent finish that stands up to daily use.

Spray and bake room capacity

ABT operates two spray bake rooms, each with a working capacity of 6m x 4m. For larger items or longer assemblies, the rooms can also operate as one combined spray bake booth with a capacity of 12m x 4m.

This flexible setup allows ABT to accommodate a range of product sizes and production needs, from individual components through to larger fabricated structures.
